Household garbage is collected every Wednesday and Saturday, with heavy trash being collected once a week on Saturdays. Curbside recycling collection is on Tuesdays. Refer to the following details for your reference and convenience:

Type of collection

Refuse will be collected 2 days a week, on Wednesday and Saturday. Containers and bags shall be placed at their collection points (herein defined as that designated area agreed to by Customer and Contractor, being a home's back door area) by 7:00 am on the designated collection days. Refuse is defined as waste generated inside the house. Items must be either in light weight metal, plastic containers or sturdy plastic trash bags. Containers and bags should not exceed 50 pounds. All permanent trash containers, after being emptied will be returned to their point of origin in the same condition in which they were taken, normal wear and tear expected.

Heavy/bulky waste items

Furniture and Appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washer and dryers), will be picked up each week on the second scheduled pick‐up day (Saturday). Excluding all hazardous waste, carpet, and construction debris resulting from remodeling or demolition operations. By Federal Law, refrigerators and freezers or any other items containing Freon must be drained of Freon and have an accompanying bill to validate such service was performed.


Recycling will be collected every Tuesday in 18-gallon bins. Recyclables items include but are not limited to paper, cardboard, plastic, and aluminum materials. Residents may also recycle any electronics or glass bottles accumulated within the household.
